What Is Involved?
Involved 2007, this year's annual Freshman Day of Service, takes place on the last day of Orientation. Incoming freshman have the opportunity to impact their new home in a positive way. The Day of Service introduces students to problems that Baltimore faces, as well as solutions to those problems. Students learn a simple model for service: Awareness, Action, Reflection. The 3 stages, interdependent and cyclical, provide a comprehensive way of approaching service.
